Maesach Falls & Gruinard Bay (half day)

Stac Polly

Encompassing a very popular and beautiful route through some of Scotland famous highland scenery. Leaving the village of Ullapool for a short climb out of the town to the shores of Loch Broom. Running alongside the Loch for some distance the tour soon reaches Corrieshalloch for a visit to this spectacular mile long gorge. It is about 60m deep and contains the Falls of Measach which plunge nearly 50m into the rock pool below. Guests have plenty of time to marvel at this natural phenomenon from the small suspension bridge above. After visiting the Falls, the tour continues through Dundonnell Forest and typical North West Highland scenery, also passing little Loch Broom and on to Gruinard Bay to admire the beautiful unspoiled sandy beaches.
